      Nice workout. Looks like you have the same problem I do of starting strong, fading towards the middle, then picking it back up for the last few intervals. I really need to work on putting in the same intensity for each interval.

      You are exactly right. Part of my problem as I was saying in the description is that I had to burp but I thought I might spew if I did. Once I got that out it was much easier to push a bit harder. Also I was overheating as I forgot to turn on my fan so once Heather came home and turned it on for me I felt 4x more powerful.
