    I was 5 MPH faster NB than I was SB, just to give you an idea of how strong the wind was. I didn't take any cadence, wattage, HR telemetry. I just "rode" today.

      I've learned when there is a strong directional wind to start out with a headwind and get the tail wind on the way home.

      I ended up being 5 MPH faster with the wind vs. against the wind. Still average 17.4mph though

    Went well, Computrainers in Coaching mode are very disengenious with their mileage but the RPE was up there but not so much that it was uncomfortable or I was struggling
