    I'm 3 weeks removed from my fall and still feel it. You don't realize how many things your elbow touches until it hurts. Hope everything is ok!

    Thanks. It is quite achy. The palm of my other hand is bruised so I will have to figure out how to do my planks -- elbows seem out of the question.
