It was warm and humid but it still felt good to get my run on. A bit of nagging from my ITB but I followed up on the foam roller. #runchat

    Since you can't mute the ITB google strength training for ITB. I had same issues and did PT with lots of stretching. There's an article possibly from Runner's World about the benefits of three exercises with a band that strengthens rather than stretches. I'll try to find the link and send to you, always good to have options.
