    Slow run to see if I could make it 8 miles without my ITB complaining and I made it! sort of sad that this is my longest run so far in 2013 but glad to be back on track.

    My husband took TL out T and Th morning so I would have more time for the treadmill, so this is for my Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat walks.
