recovery from what, one might ask. LOL...yes, that meazly little 5k two days ago. I felt tight and a little sore. Thought a recovery run might do me well. Actually, I was playing around with my Garmin before I ran, trying to set it into some alerts. It wouldn't stop yelling at me to slow down. I never knew it could do that LOL. So, I did eventually walk some.
