So, its' been 3 and a half weeks since I have tried running. It hurt so bad after about a mile. Last week, it even hurt without running last week, just walking around with the baby. So, I made an appointment with an ortho, thinking that, at the very least, I can have some films done. I meet him Tuesday.
In getting ready for this apt, and feeling the 58 degree weather, I decided to go out for just 2 miles. Then, when I got through the first mile, I I felt no knee pain so I decided to make it my normal 5k. Great news! Ran the whole thing without discomfort. When I got home, the knee did hurt a tiny bit. Gosh, it felt good to get out there. And a day of double workouts, taboot!
