  13. Recovering slowly from IMAZ. The run over lots of concrete really tore up my knees, ouch! Still on a high from the result though :) Enjoy your Sunday training run.

  17. Swam 3000 straight (and slow) Mon to test the ribs/collarbone prior to IMAZ. Felt ok. Coming down with a cold now...bad timing! :(

  18. first long straight swim today (post surgery) of 2500 yds. YEAH! Just over a wk until IMAZ
