16 miles...w/14 miles performed at goal pace (8:00). Finished the 16 in 2:07:00...and knocked out the 14-mile pace session in 1:49:00 (7:47 avg. pace). Spectacular morning here in DC...but MUCH wind on the Memorial Bridge and around Hains Point!
