13 miles in 2:03:00 in DC this morning. I ain't gonna lie... Gotta late start which made the second 6.5 miles a challenge. It was HOT...and there's not much shade on the second half of my route. The reward? Sand... LOTS of sand! OBX awaits!! Lookin' forward to checkin' out my new Vibram Five Fingers on the sand next week.
