We did 5 swim to run transitions with bodyweight strength training mixed in for the triathlon training class today. The workout is listed below. I was gassed! This class is tough, I love it! The pace is just a guess since the swim, bodyweight, and run were intermingled. After our 15 min. core session, the workout took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Happy Tuesday!
500 yard swim- bear crawl for 25 yards, 3 wall climbs, 10 squat jumps (my squats are modified for my knees), 20 push ups, 1/2 mile run, 10 single leg deadlift (each leg).
400 yard swim- same as above
300 yard swim- same as above
200 yard swim- same as above
100 yard swim- same as above
