    alright Treadmill 3.55 mi 00:30 08:27 pace

Not enough fuel. Little dizzy. Had to cut it short.

  2. RUN
    good Treadmill 5 mi 00:42 08:22 pace

I ran. The girls lifted weights. I suppose I'm trying to get faster so that they don't wind up kicking my ass one of these days.

  3. RUN
    alright Treadmill 6 mi 00:54 09:00 pace

Not the best run. Starting to hate the treadmill again.

  4. RUN
    good 5.89 mi 00:53 09:01 pace

Left work a little early and was able to get outside before it turned ridiculously cold again. Nice being out. Little windy. Actually a lot windy. But better than the treadmill.

Cold and windy is better than bored out of your mind on a treadmill anyday.

Hey! You're a Newton runner, so you should know that the treadmill is TOTALLY screwing you out of miles, because it's measured by heel striking and not forefoot striking. You're probably running a 50K every time the treadmill tells you that you ran four miles. :)

Dude, what kind of custom-programmable super computer is running your treadmill? I can't even figure out how to make the ones at the Y slow down.
