Haven't ran in about two weeks. Between traveling and guests and being lazy, I just haven't made it out to the trail. Today I did six miles and I was crazy slow. Even slower than I normally am. Of course, I wasn't really pushing myself either.

For as very, very little that I actually ran of that 6 miles, I still was only 1:10 off "not getting cut" pace for the Disney Half. I think I should be able to get to 14 miles at 16 min mile pace by January 11th. It can happen. It is possible!
