We ran in the Preserve today and enjoyed the Sunshine. Next week starts the serious 18 week training program for the Summer Marathon season and my "Double" in early June.

Dave I'm in your "neck of the woods" about every other weekend. There's a lot to explore in the Preserve yet. It's a really nice park and trail system.

I went out to run on my favorite paved trail. No Garmin, No Pace, No Worries. I enjoyed getting in a fast five while running in semi darkness; Ragnar Night Leg style.
