    We ran in the Preserve today and enjoyed the Sunshine. Next week starts the serious 18 week training program for the Summer Marathon season and my "Double" in early June.

      The "Double" is 2 marathons in 2 days, back2back. Marathon to Marathon Iowa on 6-9, then Swan Lake Marathon on 6-10-12. I have work to do...
