    this was my first walk in 5 weeks after foot surgery to correct a hammer toe issue. still cant run for another 3-4 weeks, but it felt good just to be out

  9. To all my fellow Florida runners, how much water do you drink when you go for a run? I know a lot depends on distance, but for example a 5-10 mile run

      Hey there Clay. It all depends on what you are drinking and fueling your body with prior to the run and during the run. I did 9.3 miles this am however I fueled the body the night before with liquids/carbs. On the run I had 16 ozs of nuum and 10 0zs of water. I also use cytomax to fuel and sometimes GU on longer runs.

      Thanks, I am just trying to figure it out. Sometimes I can run 5-6 without water but get concerned maybe I should be drinking something

    Mission accomplished! Complete my first marathon yesterday 5 hours 27 min. Not blazin speed but made it and that's what matters. Now I have something to work towards

    This was my longest run to date! It was definitely not a new speed record, but I will take the miles for sure!
