      And not to throw shade at dailymile, but at some point maybe later, maybe way later it looks like it will be gone. I just don't want to lose contact. You guys were my original running/cycling friends and motivators :)

      Looks like you've been doing well, Nite Train. Good for you! I also bought a bike. My knee and ankle have practically stopped my running. The only trouble is I keep falling over on the bike!
