      For what it is worth Jules and Claudia, I had PF five years ago and tried all the remedies. I switched to Nike frees 3.0 as my work shoe and it was gone within weeks and has never come back. They strengthen the muscles in the bottom of the foot.

      PF is a bummer!! I know a couple people who have had to deal with it. Be careful about overdoing it. There is plenty of advice out there, try to find something that works for you...fingers crossed it goes away :)
