good Amazing Arms 'n Abs April

Day 7
Power Hour - 10 push-ups once every hour or bathroom break

I basically started this every hour from 9:30am until 9:30pm. I may have missed one set, though. I'm so wimpy with my arms! I really hope by the end of April that I'll have some nice tone or at least some increased strength.

For all of these push-ups, I started in plank on my hands and feet (not knees). Maybe I'm doing myself a disservice, but I just lowered and raised myself as low as I could - which wasn't very low at all, certainly not to where my upper arms were parallel to the floor. Which is more effective - staying on my knees (girl push-ups) and getting my upper arms parallel OR staying on my feet and not quite getting low enough?

    I don't know, I wonder about that too. Either way, you're going to get stronger by doing something. Great job on the push ups!!
