Workout settings: Foothills, Avg level 7 (max incline 4.5%)

Apparently, I must love the sound the buttons make because I can't seem to not switch up my pace when running on the TM. I fully intended on doing this entire run at a 5.5mph, but ended up varying it at random speeds between 5.5 & 6.0. I felt good during this, but feel I should have possibly done it at a slightly higher level.

I do need to try and find a local hill to do repeats on, though - as a treadmill can't really simulate running downhill.

Just before mile 4, I could feel my right arm begin to chafe. Ugh! I had to change my arm swing to minimize it. It probably looked pretty funny, but it helped a lot.
