good Core + Stretch 00:25

I've been really struggling with doing core. I decided to JUST DO A LITTLE after my bike ride. Here is what I did:

Ball Crunches 20 reps (3x)
Hip Raises 30 sec hold (3x)
Back Extensions 20 reps (3x)
Arm/Leg Reaches 20 reps (3x)
Russian Twists 10 reps (3x)

I followed it up with a few minutes of good, ole stretching.

Now, to find some consistency in core work.
