Cross training on the schedule today. I always feel a little weird about just going for a bike ride by myself just for the sake of exercise. I always feel like I should be going somewhere or doing something. It's weird because I don't feel that way about running at all.

Anyway, this was a pretty good ride. There were a few killer hills and a nasty headwind the last 3-4 miles. That pretty much wiped me out by the end. I had a few spots where I built up some pretty good speed (for me), but then the final hills/headwind really discredited a bunch of that. I could have gone for a bit more sunshine, but other than that, it was not too bad of a ride.
