I chose the random setting on the stair master for today's cross training workout. I wasn't sure what level to choose, so I went with 5. Two minutes in, I felt it really wasn't pushing me enough, so I restarted at a level of 10. It's possible I could have pushed it a little more. I never felt like puking afterall. Still, considering the mental push I had to give myself to even get out the door, I'm definitely counting this as a win.
