Great workout today! Here's basically how I broke it down:

0.0-0.5 - 6.0mph @ 5% incline
0.5-2.0 - alternated between 6.5mph @ 0% incline and 6.0mph @ 5% incline
2.0-3.0 - alternated between 6.7mph @ 0% incline and 6.0mph @ 5% incline
3.0-4.0 - alternated between 7.0mph @ 0% incline and 6.0mph @ 5% incline

It felt good to just push myself!
