Good, I'll have a partner to help motivate me and I'll motivate you! I'm going to run today but I'm so nervous. I hope I haven't lost all of my endurance.

Well, I will tell you I ran a 15 mile race in September and haven't been running much at all. I have gone 2 weeks at a time without a run many times, and have not run more than 12 miles an any week since. I ran a 5k a couple weeks ago and it almost killed me, lol. Needless to say, I have lost quite a bit. Good luck on your run! Keep it a slow pace, and I'm sure you'll be surprised how much you still have. I'm going to try to get outside tomorrow.

Tammy, you should be so proud of yourself! You ran a 15 mile race...I'm impressed. I would love to be to that point some day. The run went ok today. It was much better than I thought. I went for a solid 25 minutes but not at the speed I used to run at. But I feel good, really good. I had almost forgot the empowerment running gives me! Looking forward to seeing how your run goes outside tomorrow.
