Finally got a little cardio in at the gym after work yesterday for the first time in forever. I took it easy but put the resistance up on the elliptical high enough that I would break a sweat. I did all of my stretches and weight exercises from the PT first (plus a few) so I got in a decent 30 minute leg work-out before the elliptical. Felt pretty good! My hip started aching a little by the end of the cardio and my lower back definitely started hurting about 20 minutes into the cardio, but they were sharp shooting pains that stopped as quickly as they started so I went ahead and finished my goal of an easy 30 minutes. I had to laugh because the familiar looking guy who started using the elliptical in front of me was my orthopedic doc. Haha! Last night was more painful than usual but this morning I feel pretty good. PT again tomorrow!
