Felt sluggish but after having excuse after excuse why I haven't been able to make my early morning 5:30a runs lately (especially through the holidays) it felt good to kick my butt out of bed and just do it. My running partner and I both agreed it's time to get our butts in gear and stick to the plan, given that Shamrock is only 10 weeks away. Yikes! So it wasn't great and my legs felt like lead, but at least it's done!
