      Yep, there is time to improve from here and you will. Remember you should have felt tired yesterday as we did a hard tempo workout just two days before in the heat.

    I love a good workout in the rain! 15 min warm up, 8x200 with mad dog at mile pace (or a lot faster) and 6 hills then 10 min cool down, abs and stretched. Everything felt good today!!!

      I'd say a LOT faster :o) but it looked like you were consistent on pace though. Important to be smart however. Long season
