      I think you are battling lots of things right now (both physical and mental). It's good that you recognize that and are fighting through it. That is all you can do...try your best. Nice job supplementing on the eliptical to get the minutes in. You are putting in the hard work now and, though it is not fun now, it WILL pay off. BELIEVE!

      yeah, like Wheels said. We both like supplementing with the cross training but make sure those minutes are killer minutes and you're working tough. You're tough and know we're here if you need us.
