Fastest ever PACE! Wooooo Hooooo!!!! & a better time to run on Regents Canal, less tourist traffic, but still managed to have someone walk straight into me though- when I was walking!!

Thanks getting there! Just maintaining consistency in jogging twice a week is key- my fitness will continue to increase & my times will get faster and faster and faster :) Wooo Hooo!
