Not happy with this run at all. 3 minutes slower than what I usually do for this distance. Legs felt like lead. Not too hot but 87% humidity + only my 4th run outdoors this summer so perhaps I'm not acclimated to summer weather conditions.


humidity just drains you!! It's awful! FWIW I'm in awe of running five miles in less than an hour, period.
