      You could do like me and go sockless in shoes with no insoles (Merrell Trail Gloves). My feet never get hot running.

      Loss is a pain we can't outrun unfortunately. Sometimes missing a loved one is so sharp it takes our breath away even years later. But thankfully there are good days too...months and years of them.
