tired Was intended to be 1 mile war... 2.5 mi
I knew I was in trouble when the easy warm up was feeling like work. I bonked 1.5 miles into my tempo and pulled the plug. Got my weights and plank in though.

great Intervals on the treadmill 4.6 mi
Went very well! Interval runs on the tread mill at 1:59 per 400 with 2:50 per 400 for the RI. Did weights and plank after run.
