      Yahoola Park is one of my favorite places to run. I’m going to attempt a run out there on Saturday evening so I can try out this calf/shin that’s been bothering me without worrying about the hills. Good Job getting around the lake. The hill on tlhe back side is a MONSTER!

    rolled my ankle at .27, made decision to walk it out and see, I was able to run and walk it slowly...all in all, happy considering ankle.
