My plan is calling for 5 easy runs this week & two hard ones...yes it is asking me to run for 7 straight days...which I never do. So, I know my body & that it needs a rest day, so I will combine 2 of my easy runs into a long run which will happen tomorrow. Today was just easy & pretty effortless. Kept the pace for the first 5 miles between 9:15-9:20 then a little voice inside my head told me to go faster the last mile. Sped up to an 8:31, then 7:38 for the last half :)
