good Slow & Easy 11 mi 01:42 09:14 pace

Met Deb M. at the bike trail for a slow & easy "catch up on all things" kind of run. We didn't start until 8:00 a.m. (which is really late for me) & I hadn't slept well the night before, so slow & easy was good. Messed around with my fueling a bit to see what works well with my stomach. We ended at 11 miles & walked a cool down mile. We would've stayed to chat a bit but there was some creepy dude sitting in the parking lot watching us so we left in a hurry :) Hope everyone has a good day!
