Today's plan called for 2 mile easy, 6 x 2 minute hills at 10 k pace...2 mile easy. I managed to find a long incline that would take me 2 minutes to climb. Not as tall of a hill as I'd like, but made it work. Splits: 9:39, 9:06, start of hill repeats: 8:22 average for 3 of the repeats. Goal was to see 7:30-7:45 on garmin...then recovery jog back down. 8:49 for last 3, but this also included part of my easy 2 mile as I was done with the repeats. Managed to see 6:48 for last 20 seconds of last repeat. 8:50 & 9:04 rounded out the cool down.
