Legs were pretty tight this morning after yesrerdays run so I was glad today called for an easy run. Took a few miles to get loose. Ran in my newtons cause I havent ran in them for a few weeks. Added 3 hills at the end even though I didnt want to. Stick to the plan, stick to the plan!
