great Tempo-ish 10.01 mi 01:25 08:29 pace

Was up until 2:00 a.m. last night for a lock-in at our church, so I didn't get started til late this morning. Felt very "spring-like" outside today. Beautiful skies..if I could have taken the wind away, it would have been an ideal running day. Seemed like the wind came at all directions today...pushing me back & then sideways. Only briefly was it at my back & then I felt over dressed & warm. Was going for an easy run, but after 2 miles decided to turn it into a tempo. Splits: 9:01, 8:49, 8:46, 8:28, 8:30, 8:19, 8:28, 8:13, 8:21, 8:07. Rest day tomorrow & hopefully back on track next week with a normal training schedule, as this week was a "sort of" fall back week.
