I guess it's a good thing I'm still sick, I would never have kept up with that this morning! it seems you always run like that when carrie is with you so it stands to reason that you would run that way when she's not... it sounds to me your marathon pace is 830

You are ready to break 1:45 in your half and when I'm healthy we are going to do it. As for your marathon pace, why not shoot for the 8:45 pace and then if you go a little faster at the end it will be a bonus. I think you are capable of faster, but sometimes putting the pressure on yourself takes it's toll.
