    I managed to get 3.0 miles in today. I have to admit that since I quit adding miles and started running indoors, I have been very consistent with my runs. I've also caught up on a lot of tv!

    I didn't want to run, but I made myself. I always feel better when I am done! Finished 5.0 miles in 58:27 (walking briskly the last 0.95 mile).

      I think I am going to stick with indoors, at least in the winter. I also like the fact that I can say "I'll just do 20 minutes" -- my minimum goal -- and then go longer. TM makes it easier to just add time/distance. Plus, I am catching up on all kinds of tv! For whatever reason, it's easier just to pop on my shoes and run on the TM than to figure out what to wear for the weather, dig out the right clothes, find my garmin, ipod, etc. Now when I go to the beach, I will have to exercise outside.
