    Ran 2 miles this morning with my husband and daughter in the stroller. It was hard since I haven't run 2 miles in months but I did it! Luckily my husband was pushing the stroller!

    I haven't ran in probably 2 months so this was just a warm up. I'll slowly build up my distance again now that its starting to cool off.

    Ran on the trail today for the first time and I really liked it! I may have to make that my new place to run!

    Ran 1.2 today, went pretty well. I thought I would take a shorter run than yesterday and see how it goes. It's pretty windy out there so that was tough but otherwise it went pretty well.

    Ran my two+ miles today but it was tough. I had to stop and walk a few times to catch my breath. I was hoping to be ready for the 5K next weekend but I'm not sure I will be.

      Try to think about what you did different today and why you got the cramp. Was it somethign you ate or drank? I usually have to go a couple hrs not eating before I run. Either way.. be proud, you got 2 in and battled through it!!

      Try backing off a little bit on your pace and see what happens. Running should be fun and not painful. Try some different things...hopefully you'll put a crimp on the cramp! :-)

    Today's run was hard, I have a lot on my mind and it was hard to focus on pushing through. Needless to say I didn't get my 2.5 miles in.

      Do you have music? It will help. I use my runs as the 1 hr a day that is MY TIME..

      That's true it's better that nothing.
      And that right - maybe music can help you, or some interesting audio book. I used to listen Bridget Jones Diary :) And don't worry, there will be time when you'll run and you'll forget about all problems.

      I know how you feel, I have a lot of days where I don't accomplish what I set out to run! But what everyone has said is so true, focus on what you have done! Every little bit helps, just keep getting out there :)
