My first ride of the season and my first ride out from the knee injury. I was nervouse about putting my feet into clips because if I twist my knee a certain way it hurts. But I had absolutely no problems. I hit the cadence pretty hard as I was needing a really hardcore workout. I wanted 16 but the headwind coming from the south on the second half had me begging for mercy!. I'm a very happy girl. Very warm very humid! I typed this on my phone so forgive any typos.
