      So what you are saying is taper is a four (okay five technically) letter word for you?! Hopefully that article helped with your comment on feeling like you have gained weight. Relax and enjoy this time before your race - your body needs it after working hard all summer!

      My car showed it had dropped to 52 when we were done running. When we got to the track it was 56. That explains a lot! So what I am trying to figure out is why your pace says 9:03 for the same amount of time/distance of my post, which shows a 9:06 pace?? How weird is that???
