    4.5 miles of speed work at Y first then out to Cessna to do 20 sets of bleachers and ran 3 ramps and finished with a lap around track.

    First 4 miles were tough. Pace stayed around 9:15 and just couldn't seem to get legs to move. Last 6 miles were a bit better with my pace staying around 8:30-8:50.

    Did 3 miles of Pikes Peak workout. Enjoyed this much more than I thought I would. Of course it was only 45 minutes and not 4-5 hours. Then I taught a 1 hour tabata class. Lots of burpees tonight.
