    knee started to ache last mile, didnt want to push it further. Hate that this was my first run of the week, need to make time for it! always have a better day after a run in the morning (:

      Was so nice today! Even an 8am run was warm, but w that nice beach breeze (: heading to LA for the weekend though, hear its going to be too hot!
