Quickie evening jaunt around the hood while trying not to get lapped by Kim J. Sparky decided to come out to the edge of the grass and let me know who is boss. Then he saw the can in my hand and thought twice about a fight. LOL! It was a fun evening run to burn off all those pierogies that we had for dinner! 3.64 miles, time 41:13, average 11:20, 614 calories.
