Had delicious Georgia Bob's BBQ sandwich and baked beans at 6:30. Then decided to run a short recovery at 8:30. I just learned those 2 together equals heartburn for first 2 miles, LOL! Next a cricket or grasshopper decided to hop on to my compression sleeve and take a ride! Sharp little claws on that sucker! Then some teenager was playing on their phone and tried to run me over, YIKES! This is one of the reasons I run: excitement and unpredictability! Had a great run and loved every moment, I think I'll do it again tomorrow, HA! 4.03 miles, time 47:22, average 11:45, average heart rate 134 bpm, 614 calories.

Great run Chuck! Mexican Food + Run = disaster also. Don't ever go there. I learnt that the hard way last year which lead to an emergency pit-stop. lol

Chuckerdoodles! Duh! Glad I wasn't behind u. I had to give up anything like that and all red sauce, no pop, basically went to a primal ish diet. Shaking up the insides w BBQ and beans, oh man, u need to make a t-shirt w that printed on it. Stay back 500 feet....
