      Thanks... The ChaLean series is nice & quick, but it focuses on the lifting end of things... for low to mid-level I like to play with the Wiifit with the girls and do enough to make a workout out of it... also Just Dance on Wii :-)

      Nice! I need some new work-out DVD's...something in a low to mid-level aerobic range so I can do it at home on days when I don't have or can't make it to class!
