Yasso 800s FAIL

Headed out for a set of 5 Yasso 800s...which I've done at least a dozen times. I don't know where my head was out because instead of aiming to run my marathon TIME, I ran my marathon pace resulting in 5 800s that were nowhere near mimicking my marathon goal time. SO frustrating! I thought that them feeling so easy was just an indication of better fitness. So much for that theory.


Well, the good thing is, you still did a solid set of intervals. You'll nail the pace next time, I"m sure :)
