      Nice 16. The will (eventually) break, take heart in that. Keep exploring / finding your limit in the heat because you will need to know that next summer (and the next). The strength you build this summer will be rewarded when the temps drop and we get to (and past) autumnal equinox. On these LSD's - look for a happy quiet place to fall into a rhythm. BTW - C&O canal has LOTS of shade, and the shade makes a wold of difference.

      Thanks everyone! Rob, I definitely pick up the C&O on parts of my run to get the shade which is nice. Mount Vernon is nice and shady closer to Georgetown too! Thanks for the note, I really appreciate it!
