    2.5 months off due to a stress fracture, getting back in shape. This, slow but steady. Need to drop the added weight I *earned* while being lazy... :)

    locked it in at 7 min pace. Lost my pace a bit the last 4 miles. Pretty satisfied with the day. Left foot is giving my some problems post race however
